Their dream of homeownership is just out of reach. Entries are open March 4, 2025, and close at 6:00 p.m. CST on May 4, 2025.

Grants can only be used toward the down payment or closing costs of a home purchase by a qualified, first-time homebuyer.

All homeownership options qualify, including single-family, townhome, twin home, condo, and villa homes.

Yes. Any purchase using this grant cannot be used on a home with a value of over $390,000.

No. The $10K grant will disbursed to the title company to be used as part of the down payment or closing costs to the winner’s home.

Winners have 12 months following the drawing to close on the purchase of their home.

Limit of one registration per individual.

The drawing will take place the week of May 5, 2025.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the information provided on the registration form beginning on or about May 6.
